Privacy Policy
For the game The House Always Wins and this website. Last updated October 19, 2026.
The short version
- The game has no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress stays on your phone.
- The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. Google collects some device data to run them.
- The developer does not sell your personal information.
- The game is for adults, ages 18 and up.
- If you send feedback on this website, what you type goes to the developer through Formspree.
What the game keeps on your phone
The House Always Wins does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or give your name or email. All of your progress is saved on your phone only. That includes your casino, your staff, your trophies, your chips and house cash, your settings, and counters such as how many ads you have watched today.
The game does not run a server that stores your progress. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in Android settings, removes your save for good. It cannot be restored.
The game uses pretend chips and pretend dollars only. It has no purchases and no real-money prizes.
Ads and what Google collects
The game shows rewarded video ads, and only when you choose to watch one. There are no banner ads and no pop-up ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, using Google's Mobile Ads software inside the game.
To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google's software collects the following from your device. The same list is declared on the game's Google Play Data safety form.
- Approximate location
- A rough area, such as your city. It is not your exact GPS position.
- App interactions
- Things like which ads were requested, shown and watched.
- Diagnostics
- Crash and performance information about the ads.
- Device or other IDs
- Such as the Android advertising ID.
Google collects and handles this data under its own rules. Read them at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy. Google AdMob collects this data and shares it with its advertising and measurement partners for advertising, ad measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. The developer does not receive your advertising ID or your location from Google.
Where the law requires it, such as in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the game asks for your choice through Google's consent form before it shows personalized ads.
How to limit ad tracking
- On Android, open Settings, then Privacy, then Ads. You can delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization there. The exact menu names vary by phone.
- Manage the ads Google shows you at myadcenter.google.com.
- You can also play without ads. Every ad in the game is optional.
This website
The website is a small set of plain pages. It has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- Fonts. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as with any file fetched from Google.
- Saved on your device. The tester feedback page remembers which test items you ticked and any form answers you have not sent yet. It keeps them in your browser's own storage on your device. The developer never sees them. Clearing your site data erases them.
- Feedback you send. Sending feedback is completely optional, and you choose to do it. When you press Send feedback, you agree to send what you typed, and the answers go to Formspree, a form service. Formspree passes them to the developer by email. That can include your name and email address if you gave them, your phone model, your Android version, the app version, and your written comments. Name and email are optional.
The developer uses feedback only to read it, fix problems, improve the game and answer you if you asked for a reply. Please do not put passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the form. Feedback is kept for as long as it is useful for the game, and it is deleted when you ask. Formspree has its own privacy policy.
Who gets data
- Google, through AdMob in the game, Google Play for installing the game, and Google Fonts on this website.
- Formspree, only if you send feedback on this website.
The developer does not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information will be shared only if a law or legal process requires it.
Data sent by the ads software and by the feedback form is encrypted while it travels over the internet.
Children
The House Always Wins is for adults 18 and older. It has a casino theme, with gambling, alcohol and tobacco references, and it is not meant for anyone under 18, and especially not for children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor sent information through the feedback form, contact the developer right away using the Contact section below and it will be deleted.
Your choices
- Delete your game data. Your progress is stored only on your phone, so you can erase all of it at any time. On Android, open Settings, then Apps, then The House Always Wins, then Storage, then Clear data (or Clear storage). Or uninstall the game. The exact menu names vary by phone.
- Limit ad data. Use the Android and Google controls described in the Ads section.
- Delete feedback you sent. Use the Contact section below, say roughly when you sent it and what name or email you used, and it will be deleted.
- Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information a company holds about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. For anything the developer holds, such as feedback you sent, use the Contact section below. For data held by Google, use Google's own tools.
Changes to this policy
If the game or the website starts handling data differently, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
